Booking Process: From Inquiry to Your Journey

Please feel free to contact us via our web form, phone, or email. We will ask for your desired date and time, number of passengers, preferred vehicle type, and a general itinerary.

Quotation & Proposal

Based on your requests, we will propose the optimal plan and provide a clear quotation. If you have any questions or require adjustments, please do not hesitate to consult with us.
STEP 03

Booking Confirmation & Payment

Once you approve the details, your reservation will be confirmed. We kindly ask you to complete the payment via bank transfer by the specified date (for last-minute bookings, please consult us).
STEP 04

Day of Service

Your dedicated chauffeur will pick you up at the designated location and time. Enjoy a safe, relaxing, and exceptional journey to your destination in your exclusive private vehicle.

Q. How do I book a vehicle?
You can book via our online form, email or by phone. We highly recommend reaching out as early as possible to secure your preferred vehicle.
Once we confirm your travel dates, passenger count, and itinerary, we will provide a personalized quote. We also do our best to accommodate last-minute or urgent requests, so please don't hesitate to contact us.
Q. Are tolls and parking fees included in the price?
Our standard rates include the vehicle charter, chauffeur, and fuel costs. Tolls and parking fees are not included.
Generally, these additional costs should be paid directly on the day of service. (*Note: If you prefer to have these estimated and included in your upfront invoice, please let us know in advance.*)
Q. Can I cancel my reservation after it is confirmed?
Yes, you can cancel your reservation. However, cancellation fees will apply starting 14 days prior to your scheduled service date.
The cancellation fee percentage increases as the service date approaches. For detailed information, please refer to our Terms & Conditions page.
Q. Can I change the itinerary or extend the time on the day of service?
We will do our best to accommodate same-day changes, subject to the vehicle and chauffeur's availability.
Please understand that significant changes to the original itinerary, or exceeding the scheduled time by more than 30 minutes, will incur an additional overtime charge.
Q. Do you have English or Chinese-speaking chauffeurs?
Yes, we have professional chauffeurs who are fluent in English and Chinese.
As availability for bilingual chauffeurs is limited, please be sure to request this specifically at the time of booking.
Q. Can you arrange a tour guide?
Yes, we can arrange highly experienced tour guides tailored to your needs.
If you require sightseeing guidance or onboard assistance, please let us know when requesting a quote. Please note that guide fees will be charged separately.
Q. Can chartered vehicles board ferries?
Yes, our vehicles can board ferries for your journey.
However, depending on the ferry operator and vessel size, boarding may be restricted for large buses. The vehicle's ferry fare is an additional cost to be paid on the day. If your itinerary includes a ferry ride, please consult with us in advance.
